You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to save your delivery details, view your order history and access information about your product’s warranty.

As long as your order does not have the status ‘being prepared’ or ‘dispatched’, you can still amend your order.

If your order’s status is ‘being prepared’, ‘dispatched’ or ‘delivered’, you can no longer amend your order.

If your order is recent and has not yet been put together, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the changes you require (address, size, product, etc.).

If your order is already being prepared, has been dispatched or has been delivered, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

If you placed an order without creating an account, simply click on the order tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

As the products are dispatched from our factory in China, delivery times to France are 10 to 15 working days. This equates to 14 to 21 non-working days.

Delivery is free, so the delivery charge is €0.

I placed my order less than 21 days ago (15 working days). Your parcel is still in transit and will be delivered to you shortly.

Have you only received one item even though you ordered several? Don’t worry, this is normal. Your order has been dispatched in several parcels. The other items in your order are still on their way and will be delivered to you very soon.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return the items to us and receive a refund for your order (excluding delivery charges). The refund will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the item.

To arrange an exchange, please email contact@minipix.store, stating your order number and the new item or size you would like. We will then get back to you with the steps to follow.
